So it goes.
So my favorite R&B singer The Dream, who runs a label called Radio Killa, has a new group called Electrik Red, and because I can only get so many bootlegs from his upcoming album, I've been forced to listen to their first single (I'm fly I'm fly I'm flying high...) an impossible amount of time in the last 48 hours.
Just blogged about the event I worked on Friday on the SM azcentral.com blog, so I'ma avoid mentioning it now, but Friday was tiring and I thought Jimmie was going to bite the dust at several points.
Strange to not go out every night now that I've returned from New York, but with nothing exciting to do we're getting a lot more done. Which includes working on our new mixtape with Royal Epic. So far we're doing

Only one hip hop beat in there (the Aesop Rock, and that damn near doesn't count), about to be an interesting project, an attempt to showcase our personality and backstory in a way that our album doesn't, but it's ending up more pre-apocalypse biblical indie music, we'll see what the end project looks like, we record in mid/late December.
In other news I'm selling most of my worldly possessions to finance this next video, but I do have a lot of extraneous things I no longer use (midi keyboard? performance light kits?), and hopefully I'll be able to get my life back down to two-three suitcases, one box and my turntables.
