I was just thinking back to the music we listened to during our album photo shoot (as I anxiously await getting the photos back), and it was pretty awesome. The random albums on the ipod that got played were Viva La Hova (Jayz and Coldplay mashup), Citizen Cope, the new Kanye and our album.
Last night was wild for random reasons, after Lyte/Radius etc. I ended up with the crew at Denny's, and there was mass Kanye West singing, a near fight, and general rowdiness in a pretty unexpected setting, I got in the am still a little shocked. Lyte was slower than usual but decent and we hadn't really promoted for two weeks so made a mental note to get back to that.
Very glad the Cardinals are winning, the more games that come here the more money and publicity come to Phoenix, and I think that's invaluable right now. The more times people come to Arizona and Arizona is publicized the more familiar the name will be for us to push as a launching place for our music, and it could be a good year if the Suns and Cardinals keep winning.
Off to a strange list of activities related to doing it big for Carnegie's birthday week.
