You haven’t really gotten tattooed until you’ve gotten tattoed in Casa Grande, drinking Bud Light at the house of someone named Beast. Speaking of Beast, he’s got a West Coast rap album coming out that’s pretty damn banging, especially for latin rap, which usually just confuses me, look out for the Silver Medallion guest spot…
And speaking of tattoos, Mr. Cartoon is coming to Mesa Arts Center this week. This marks the new campaign MAC is putting on to give younger, fresher, more contemporary arts a show, and I think this is a damn good start, an exhibition on perhaps the best tattoo artist of our time.
Watched the VMAs last night, Kanye’s new song was pretty amazing, as was the stage show. Weezy has progressed to the point where he can do whatever, his fit was AWESOME with Kid Rock (who gets props for calling out everyone on lipsyncing, cmon TI), red shoes, red skinny jeans, vest and fedora, my man. T-Pain arrived on an elephant and the host really got it in about current politics, “wear a condom, or become A REPUBLICAN” (gasp).
