On facebook, the 1 million strong for Barack group is at about 600,000 kids. The 1 million AGAINST Hilary is at 1,017,000 kids. Both of those have been around for months now. In another twist of fate, when Steven Colbert ran for president for about a week, he had 1 million within DAYS on facebook... Mindblowing on so many levels.
And here I am 4am on a saturday still designing flyers etc. for the menial task based framework that is my life. The worst thing about my life has to be my eyes, I don't sleep much and i stare at a screen a lot and my eyes just HURT frequently. Extended nature time in Hawaii hopefully will help this. And an electric typewriter that goes straight to hard drive? Someone bring that into the equation. At least theres no more video games on in the background out the house...
While my eyes are dying, my ears are doing well, and thats more important to me as an individual (if i had to choose). Keeping low headphone volume in the studio and low music in the car for the past few years has put me in a great place, I started noticing many of my peers are literally slightly hearing impaired from their cars and or studio time... Kinda crazy, i wanna be still making music when im old (doesn't have to be released at that point, but i enjoy the process).
