Coup De Tat

I put this logo together for a musical project for an mc in Arizona. The project is unreleased so I won't discuss much of it, bu the premise it that this is the album that will show the industry that they've been making the wrong choice about which mc's in AZ to work with. This logo will adorn press kits and flyers as well as the cd. A lot of the materials will be in black and white so the logo was put together that way as well for cost effectiveness. The primary focus is a horse, also a chess knight in the 2d chess simulations. The symbolism of both a dark horse and a pale horse (candidate/behold a) brings together the values of the project, and then a sans serif but style stylized set of text makes sure it still looks contemptorary.
