Too bad Iglu and Hartley were dicks, because In This City should still be on the radio out in AZ. And their rapping is terrible too... actually I just want to take that hook and do our own song.
We worked (well Carnegie worked) on the SM dj cd for 7 hours last night. And 5 hours today. That much time without my laptop was very strange for me, but I did read every magazine in my house (5 or 6 New Yorkers etc) front to back, and now I’m better versed on the current state of American credit, foreclosures in California, the effect of solitary confinement on the human psyche etc.
We’re getting ready to record a bunch of remixes to help our radio marketability, Felli Fel’s “Can You Feel It”, Chester French’s “Life in LA”, Far East Movements “Girls on the Dance Floor”, Ya Boi’s “We Run LA” etc etc. Should all go down this week, as well as finishing this dubstep mixtape.
