In the entertainment industry you get a lot of hookups, but they're all pretty much useless and terrible for you in the long run.
I mean we don't get hooked up with loans or car repair or free food or cheap housing.
Instead they give us:
Clothes
Booze
& Tattoos
Got a ton of design work (gotta keep these bills paid) and I'm deep into that, waiting for our various record contract things to keep moving through (fingers crossed). Took a break from that today to get my chest tattoo finished, I never plan to get another tattoo in a painful place ever, the sternum hurt so bad when they put in the color that my arms went numb. You only live once though right? I've grown too soft without hiking, working out a lot, playing basketball, or doing pretty much anything but staring at a screen all day and going out all night. Haven't even been going out, I've had one drink since All Star, trying to stack chips.
Still have All Star invoices that haven't been paid, when those all come through things will be much more comfortable round here, until then stress level is on high. Tomorrow I wake up, move, design a proposal, move more, redesign logos etc. and then stay in until our show at PCL on Thursday.
