Cooking with the Medallion

Alright, new weekly feature on the blog, cooking with Oren J :).

Always been a decent cook, nothing gourmet, but i'm not living on hungry man, and judging form the eating habits of my friends, a series of easy/interesting recipes won't hurt anyone. And it gives me an excuse to drink more wine and experiment.

So without further ado

Shook Steak:

Ingredients:
16 oz steak
1/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
3 Tablespoons Monterey Steak Seasoning
1 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Mid-size Mixing Bowls
Half an Orange Sliced

1. Slice steak into approximately ten thin strips, 4 inches long, and 1/3- 1/5 inch think.

2. Coat the bottom of a mixing bowl in olive oil, and roll strips in oil until coated.

3. Cover tops of strips in steak seasoning and pepper

4. Pour Breadcrumbs over steak slices

5. Place second mixing bowl on top of first (or use lid) and shake the contents thorughly for 60 seconds.

6. Let steak slices sit for 1-2 hours

7. Preheat Oven to Broil

8. Drizzle Orange Juice Over Slices on Broiling Pan

9. Cook to desired rarity
