Had a show last night at ASU, got rained on, pretty bad scenario, tents were blowing away and it was pouring on us within five minutes of hitting the stage… Then the afterparty we were supposed to host got shut down so we went to PCL briefly and called it a night.
The night before however, went really well. I really got to give it up to Martini Ranch, they’re a class act in Scottsdale. Not only do we have a band room with booze, water and snack food, but the sound guy is extremely on point, Robert on the lights made our show bananas, and everyone is just good people who know how to put together good shows. Makes a difference in this two star town, I wish we could do every show there.
That show was cool, we were opening for Dirtnasty and Andre Legacy, so the people there were there to listen and hear acts similar to us so they were very receptive. Beardo, on directly after us, was completely out of this world, I feel like things are getting more and more surreal every moment after watching his performance...
On a good front, we will release a brief EP in Japan before the end of the month as a precursor to the potential of bigger things, we’re back in the studio tomorrow to cut some more tracks to move forward with the album.
