Sky High

I've been getting into taking shots of buildings in the Honolulu area, when I can find the photos I'll post some of my earlier ones, but I really like the contrast of these new mirrored monstrosities versus the surrounding green landscape. The colors are so unnatural, and their futuristic architecture suggests another time, perhaps the future. The brilliant hills that roll through the backgrounds are so Hawaii,and i feel the contrast of two standards of beauty is an interesting concept for the viewer to look at and be intrigued by. Which one appeals to which people and why, is the future comforting? Or do you connect to nature?
